To be competitive in the market places or to activate global technology startups, there are many kinds of competitive movements for global technology based startups. In addition, if start-up wish to expand to global market place, although they have a lack of management capacity or even the various resources has run out, still showed significant overseas sales or exports of the total sales earned and increased performance better than traditional enterprises. Global capabilities of accelerators activities and entrepreneurs in these activities can be motivational on this purpose and they were conducted to find out the factors that determine business performance of the company's global expansion. The accelerator and global capabilities were defined as affecting factors to business performance. Also, the area-specific measured variables to independent variables, established a research model for business performance as dependent variables, and verified empirically the factors that affect the global expansion period. As a result, networking activities and financing were brought out to be high impact on the business performance of global expansion start-ups, and the founder’s global capacity and their technologies has been adopted as high valued when comparing with other start-up companies.
글로벌 스타트업의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 창업 생태계 내 움직임이 다양하다. 창업초기단계부터 글로벌 진출을 하는 경우 자원이 부족하고 경영관리 능력이 다소 부족할지라도 기업이 보유한 글로벌 역량을 발휘하여 경쟁우위를 득하며, 전체 매출액 중 해외 매출 또는 수출량을 증가시키는 성과를 보이고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 스타트업의 글로벌 진출 성공요인을 찾아 경영성과와의 상관관계를 규명해 보는 것에 있다. 이를 위하여 엑셀러레이터 활동과 글로벌 역량을 영향요인으로 정의하였으며, 영역별 측정 변수를 독립변수로, 경영성과를 종속변수로 하는 연구 모형을 구축하고, 글로벌 진출 시기의 영향요인을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석결과 엑셀러레이터 활동 중 네트워킹과 자금조달이 글로벌 진출 창업기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향이 높았으며, 창업가의 글로벌 역량과 핵심자원 기술역량이 높은 가치로 채택되었다.
