In this thesis, algorithms to detect in real time size, position and orientation of rectangular components are developed for industrial vision. Algorithms are implemented via projection method without particular hardware. Position and orientation are determined within 500ms. Although binary image has hole or cutting side, algrithms can find the position and the orientation of rectangular. Algorithms are capable of applying the bonding machine which bonds dies.
