In this thesis, a production process of corrugated fiber board box is modeled with Petri net techniques, and simulation progream is developed for analysis of this net. The results of the simulation based on Petri net theory are presented in JES graph, a tool for analysis of production process, in which we can compare the results of simulation with the job schedule.
The program is written in Turbo Pascal and executed on IBM-compatible XT(640KB) with Hercules graphic card and animates JES graph and process chart presented as a reduced Petri net, and visualizes expected line balancing chart. Job procedure and operation options are furnished to the program as input data.
