The manual work is principally attained by finger movements. These movements result from co-ordinated control of musculoskeletal system, by the hierachical nervous system. Thus, it is hypothesized that the finger skin sensitivity may be relative to the finger dexterity.
This research is intended to explore this hypothesis and this result to be utilized the source in selecting the employee.
The following are dealt with to achieve the research purpose in this thesis:
1. Evaluation of the relationship between the finger skin sensitivity and the finger dexterity.
2. Evaluation of a difference of the finger dexterity due to sex and a sensitivity which the finger skin sensitivity can display finger performance.
The finger skin sensitivity is relative to the finger dexterity and can be utilized the source in selecting the employee in the manual work.
