In this thesis, a morphological analyzer for Korean language is designed and implemented. Input sentences are divided into word phrases. Then, each morpheme is identified by a tabular parsing method. The phonological phenomena and irregular conjugations are recognized by an automation. Then, the necessary information are retrieved from a dictionary whose structure is B-tree. Ambiguities and incorrect selections among these information are solved by the connectivity information in the connectivity information matrix. Undefined words in the dictionary are checked, and their categories are inferred from the lexical information of the words around them. Finally, a linear list is constructed for the input sentence. The linear list has the morphemes and their related information in the dictionary.
