This thesis explores to examine a contingency relationships between environmental uncertainty & munificence and strategy, resource capability, and technological innovation on the basis of existing knowledge and logical reasoning.
Environmental uncertainty and Munificence were used as typological variables. The conceptual framework integrating environmental uncertainty and Munifince is as follows.

The data for this research were collected from 41 pharmaceutical firms on the basis of a stratified sampling method.
LSD of one-way ANOVA was used as an analytical tool.
The research findings are as follows:
1) 4 environmental groups have partially significant differences in strategic behavior contents.
2) 4 environmental groups have partially significant differences in resource capability.
3) 4 environmental groups have significant differences in technological innovation.
Finally, it is necessary to replicate this study in other industries in Korea and in other developing countries.
