With the development of the nanotechnology, the demand of a nano-fabrication technique is highly increased. As the diffraction limit of the light disturbs to fabricate nano-sized patterns by photolithography, other techniques such as E-beam lithography, Dip-pen lithography, and Imprint lithography are developed. But those techniques have own drawbacks which is come from complexity of equipment. In this research, nano-sized patterns are fabricated with the photolithography platform to overcome the diffraction limt of the light. This is possible by the help of the metallic hyperbolic metamaterial which is an anisotropic media with the hyperbolic dispersion relation. Then, this metallic hyperbolic metamaterial can support high-k components of the light wave. Therefore, the combined structure of periodic 1-D or 2-D mask and metallic hyperbolic metamaterial can generate and support high-k components of the wave. And it means generation of the nanostructure is possible with those combined structure. Furthermore, as this scheme is independent with the size of mask, nanostructures can fabricated with the micro-sized mask. This concept of the nano-fabrication technique is verified in this research by the means both of numerical and experimental methods in the 1-D slit structure. Also, verified analytically and numerically in 2-D circular grating structure. Because this nano-fabrication technique is cheap, reusable, and supporting the fabrication on large area, it can be widely used for the nanotechnology.
