The anthropometric studies have ignored the circadian changes of human stature and foot volume . up to now.
This thesis studied the circadian changes of height and foot volume for 10 male graduate students.
Main results obtained from the analysis of data are as follows;
(1) The height changes are fully explained by the changes of the length of spinal column.
(2) The amount of average maximum decrement in height takes 1.56 cm (0.9%) in a day.
(3) The rate of average maximum increment in foot volume amounts to 4.4% in a day.
(4) Two models for predicting the changes in height and foot volume with time are developed.
