Fluid power control is an old and well recognized discipline where precise motion control is desired and space and weight are limited, the convenient of high power to weight ratio makes hydraulic servomechanisms the ideal control elements. However, parameters of models based on physical laws or the technical characteristics given by the manufacturers are quite inaccurately known in the design situation. On the other hand, parameters change with the external conditions and with time. These makes it inevitable to assess the influence of these parameter on the system performance.
The purpose of this thesis is to study on parameter sensitivity of Electrohydraulic servomechanism with three-way valve by using sensitivity analysis. The system model and the sensitivity model are respectively formulated by governing equations and sensitivity theory. All the response are calculated by the fourth-order runge-kutta algorithm.
