A convenient method of inputting Chinese characters to the computer is presented in this thesis. This system transcribes Hangul into Chinese using a machine dictionary and the predicate adjunct analysis. Derivatives and compounds are processed by the predicated adjunct analysis. Homonyms are processed by frequency information and user intervention.
