Characteristics of the Inverse Scattering problem, based on the Richmond's moment method, is studied in the Fourier spectral domain and the limit of the resolution is discussed. Tikhonov's regularization method is then applied by considering the analysis in Fourier spectral domain to reconstruct the dielectric distribution from the scattered field at various noise levels.
