A developed system for the white blood cell differential counting is presented. Interface between two computer system (Z-2 micro computer and HP3000 mini computer) is made for the data transfer, and TRILOG T-100 printer is interfaced for the common use of the two computers.
The square module image and the hexagonal module image are printed in the plot mode of the printer.
Also computer simulation for the golay hexagonal pattern transformation is performed for the hardware development of the system. Controls of the microscope's stages are executed through stepper motor (1.8 degrees/step), bipolar R/L driver and power switching system.
Our final result is the 4-class classification of the 100 white blood cells.
백혈구 백분율 검사의 자동화를 위한 system의 연구 및 개발이 이루어졌다.
본 system에 사용된 2개의 computer system(Z 2 μ- computer 및 HP3000 mini-computer)상호간의 data교환 및 printer의 공동사용을 위한 interface가 이루어졌다.
또한 square module및 hexagonal module image의 graphics가 TRILOG T-100 printe의 plot-mode로 이루어졌다.
한편 본 system의 실용화를 위한 준비작업으로 hexagonal module image에 대한 Golay pattern transformation의 computer simulation도 완성되었다.
현미경 system의 control은 stepper motor(1.8%/step), bipolar R/L driver및 power switching system을 이용하여 이루어졌다.
본 system의 최종적 결과는 백혈구의 4종류의 구별로 이루어진다.
