This paper describes a system for searching and digitizing white blood cell (W.B.C.) images.
First, optical image of blood specimen magnified through a microscope is converted to an electrical signal by the TV camera. From this electrical signal the WBC's are searched. A window of 64×64 is then constructed around the searched W.B.C. and the image within this window is digitized. The digitized data is transferred to the high speed RAM with some control signals.
For the above purpose, the 8085-SBC system and necessary analog and digital hardwares are designed.
The above system is designed, constructed and tested with satisfactory results.
본 논문에는 백혈구상을 찾고, 디지탈신호로 바꾸는 시스템에 대하여 설명되어 있다.
먼저, 피 샘플을 현미경을 사용하여 광학적 신호로 바꾼다. 이 광학적 신호를 TV카메라를 사용하여서 전기적 신호로 바꾼다.
이 전기적 신호로 부터 백혈구가 찾아진다. 찾아진 백혈구를 포함해서 64 × 64로 디지탈 신호로 바꾼다. 이 디지탈 신호가 몇개의 제어 신호와 함께 고속기억소자로 보내진다.
위의 목적을 수행하기 위해서, 8085 CPU를 사용한 컴퓨터, 필요한 아날로그, 디지탈 하드웨어들이 설계되었다.
위의 시스템이 설계, 제작되어서 만족할만한 결과를 얻었다.
