One of the causes of long-term behavior of concrete is a moisture diffusion in cement paste. A study of the moisture diffusion of concrete is possible to predict long-term behavior of concrete and to have an effective way of reducing the long-term behavior.
The study used a finishing materials as a way to prevent the moisture diffusion. Finishing materials are to prevent the moisture diffusion of the concrete was expected to have an effect in reducing the long-term properties such as shrinkage and creep behavior. 3 typical finishing materials i.e., water, oil and waterproof paint were used for the experiments to compare the moisture diffusion, creep and drying shrinkage. And assume that the smaller surface factor has a thickening effect, it is established the relationship equation of the thickness concrete and surface factor.
The result of experiment, oil paint and waterproof paint finishing are effective to prevents moisture diffusion as compared to exposure concrete. And those lead to reducing of drying shrinkage and creep amount in the long-term behavior. But finishing of water paint has little effect.
콘크리트 장기거동의 원인 중의 하나는 시멘트 페이스트 내의 수분확산이다. 콘크리트의 수분확산에 대한 연구는 콘크리트 장기변형을 예측가능하게 하고, 장기변형을 줄이는 효과적인 방안을 마련할 수 있도록 한다. 이번 연구에서는 콘크리트 수분확산을 막기 위해 마감재료를 사용하였다. 마감재료는 콘크리트 수분확산을 방해하고, 건조수축과 크리프와 같은 장기변형을 감소시키는 역할을 할 것으로 보인다. 이번 실험은 마감재료로써 수성페인트, 유성페인트, 방수페인트를 사용하였고, 마감처리하지 않은 콘크리트와 수분확산, 건조수축과 크리프 결과를 비교하였다. 그리고 마감재료가 콘크리트 표면계수에도 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단하였고, 콘크리트 두께와 표면계수와의 관계식도 정립하였다. 실험결과, 유성 및 방수페인트 마감처리는 콘크리트 수분확산을 방해하였고, 이는 건조수축과 크리프와 같은 장기변형을 감소시켰다.
