Location-Based Services(LBS) has widely deployed to most of mobile users and it becomes more popular and powerful applicaton in daily life. Mobile users want to check in their own location in order to get the perfect and customized information from the service provider. But this original characteristics of LBS causes privacy concerns and privacy invasion. Recently, many researchers have studied the relationship between perceived risk and privacy and how those elements effect to the resistance of using the mobile LBS. In this research, moderating effect on perceived privacy concerns and intention to use LBS application is mainly studied. After research it reveals that perceived enjoyment have a minus moderating effect on what perceived privacy affect to the intention to use LBS. Thus, LBS users can choose and adopt to use applications if applications can provide enjoyment, users have a strong intention to use LBS applications.
최근 위치기반 서비스는 광범위하게 사용되고 있고, 더욱 다양하고 강력한 기능을 지닌 애플리케이션들이 출시되고 있다. 네비게이션, 날씨 등의 검색 뿐만 아니라 iOS와 안드로이드 운영체제까지 위치기반 서비스를 포함하여 서비스를 제공하고 있어 실제 생활에서 모바일 위치기반 서비스의 활용폭은 더욱 넓어지고 있다. 하지만 여러 연구를 통해 위치기반서비스의 기본적인 특성인 개인화와 위치인식은 인지된 위험요소로 밝혀져 왔다. 위치기반 서비스 자체가 사용자 본인의 개인위치 혹은 그와 관련된 개인 정보를 서비스 제공자에게 제공함으로써 서비스가 성립되기 때문이고 이는 애플리케이션 사용의도에 부정적인 영향을 끼치게 된다. 최근의 많은 연구들이 이러한 위험과 저항의 상관관계를 밝혀 왔으나, 사용의도와 저항의 상관관계에 치중하는 모습을 보여왔다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 위험이 사용의도를 낮추는 관계를 인지된 즐거움과 경제성이 조절효과를 어떻게 보이는 지에 대해서 살펴 보았다.
