As the first step for automatizing color TV PCB alignment on the mass-production line, automatic alignment system of trap, AFT, SIF, Chroma BPF, chroma sync. Circuits' elements of NT-6X chassis (NTSC system) is designed and implemented.
Alignment is performed by rotating slugs or variable resistors to obtain suitable parameter values of inductors, transformers and resistors.
All of these processes are commanded by the SCC-80 microcomputer system and executed by stepping motors with 1.8 degree-resolution. The practical utility of this system is demonstrated partially.

생산Line에서의 TV PCB조정을 자동화하기 위한 시도로 NTSC System인 NT-6X chassis의 Trap,AFT,SIF,BPF,Chroma Sync. 회로에 대한 자동조정 system을 설계 제작했다.
조정은 Inductor, Transformer, 가변저항이 적당한 값을 갖도록 slug이나 저항을 돌려줌으로써 수행되고, 이것은 micro computer에 의해 명령되고 1.8˚ resolution을 갖는 stepping motor로 실행된다.
