An Automatic D.C. Testing System of color TV PCB using microcomputer is designed and implemented. This system consists of mechanical fixture, switching network for selecting one test point at a time, A/D converter, one-board microcomputer SCC-80 and user accessible front panel.
After reading standard d.c. voltage from standard board and tolerance of each test point, it is determined whether the test board is good or not.
If not, the ill test point is displayed and this feature can be used for easier repairment of defective PCB compared with conventional labor-forced system.
D.C. Testing System may be considered as a first step to the complete automatic testing system for mass production and quality assurance.
One board microcomputer를 이용하여 color TV circuit board의 automatic d.c. testing system을 설계 제작하였다.
실제 생산라인에서의 많은 수의, 결함이 있는 board를 골라내어 쉽게 수리를 가능하도록 함을 목적으로 standard board의 d.c. voltage 를 computer 로 입력시키고, 사용자에 의해 각 test point의 percent tolerance 를 setting 한후 board test를 하는 방식을 취하였으며 test의 결과 및 fault의 위치를 사용자에게 display 하도록 하였다.
또한 d.c.voltage 뿐만 아니라 current checking feature 로서 규정치 이상의 전류가 power supply 로부터 흐를시에는 자동적으로 power supply를 끊고 computer를 통하여 사용자에게 과전류의 신호를 보내도록 하였다.
