An automatic alignment system of PIF(picture intermediate frequency) circuit of color TV using microcomputer is designed and implemented. The system consists of some random logic circuits, single card computer, A/D converter, D/A converter, 8 step motors and mechanical fixtures.
Multiple frequency method which is rarely used in current TV production line is adapted and proved to be very convenient algorithm to align filters using computer. Time saving and quality assurance are expected when the part of current TV production line is replaced by this system.
Computer 를 이용한 Color TV 의 영상 중간 주파증폭 회로의 자동 조정 System 을 설계 제작하였다. 이 System 은 random logic 과 Single Card Computer, A/D converter, D/A converter 그리고 8 개의 Step motor와 약간의 기계적인 부분 등으로 되어 있다.
조정 방법에는 현재 TV 생산 line 에서는 거의 사용되고 있지 않은 Multiple-frequency method를 사용하였고 이 방법을 사용하는 경우에 대해 Simulation 하였다.
