The objective of this thesis is to develop Multi-level skip-lot sampling inspection plans which can be applied to the bulk products of a consecutive lots or batches in continuous production line.
To reduce the inspection cost with the desired quality level, provision is made in the plan for inspecting only some fraction of submitted lots when the quality of submitted product is good and for inspecting every lot when incoming quality is bad. The inspection procedure of the plan is proposed which allows the transitions between adjacent levels and allows for a minimum amount of inspection when quality is definitely good.
Thus, the average fraction inspected, the probability of acceptance, the ASN, and the AOQL of that plan are derived and their properties are analyzed. The inspection procedure, however, is more complex than the Dodge's and Perry's plan, nevertheless the ASN is much less than others. The Dodge's and Perry's plans are easily recognized as special cases of the multi-level skip-lot sampling inspection plan.
본 논문은 원하는 품질수준에서 제품의 검사비용을 절감하기 위하여 생산되는 제품의 품질수준이 낮을 경우에는 모든 로트를 검사하고 품질수준이 높은 경우에는 검사량을 줄이기 위하여 도약샘플링검사를 실시하는 다회도약샘플링검사방식을 제안하고 이 검사방식의 평균검사비율, 합격확률, 평균검사량, AOQL에 대하여 연구 하였다. 인접한 수준간에만 전이를 허용하고 제품의 품질이 우수한 경우에는 평균검사량을 최소로 하는 일반적인 다회도약샘플링 검사방식을 유도하고 제시한 검사절차에 적합한 평균검사비율, 합격확률, 평균검사량, AOQL을 유도하고 그 성질을 분석하였다.
성질의 분석결과 공정불량율이 일정하면 검사수준이 높아질수록 평균검사비율, 평균검사량은 감소하고 합격확률, AOQL은 증가하고, 공정불량율이 일정수준 이하가 되면 검사수준에 관계없이 합격확률과 평균검사량은 일정해 진다.
1회계수샘플링검사방식의 체제에서 도약샘플링검사방식의 체제로 전환할 때 1회계수샘플링검사방식과 동일한 검사특성비율을 가지는 1회도약샘플링검사방식을 구하여 표를 만들었다.
본 논문에서 제안된 다회샘플링검사방식은 Dodge와 Perry가 제안한 1회, 2회 도약샘플링검사방식보다 절차는 복잡하지만 평균검사량을 크게 감소할 수 있고 또한 다회도약샘플링검사방식은 1회, 2회 도약샘플링검사방식의 일반화된 검사방식임을 알 수 있다.
