The increased utilization of medical facility brought by an increase in population, rapid economic growth and newly developed welfare programs creat the need of the facility expansions, especially new construction of general hospital. This paper suggests a block layout of out-patient and central clinic in a general hospital, 500 beds in size in which an initial layout derived from CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Technique) is formulated into the QAP (Quadratic Assignment Problem) and then the computer program of heuristic solution procedure, VNF procedure, of the QAP is applied to obtain the proposed layout.
To arrive the above result, size of the five sectors of general hospital, In-patient, Out-patient, central clinic, Administration, Service, is determined by regression analysis in which the number of beds is an independent variable based upon the data from 30 general hospitals in Japan and to find flow pattern of outpatients the medical record is investigated by work sampling method. The existing layouts of four general hospitals in Korea are considered in terms of average walking distance of an outpatient in each hospital and improved layout for each case is presented.
最近 급격한 經濟成長, 人口增加 등으로 인한 醫療施設 利用率의 上昇은 旣存 病院의 增·改築 및 많은 病院의 新築을 필요로 하게 되었다.
本 論文은 綜合病院 設計 時에 필요한 各 部門의 面積 配分과 특히 外來·中央診療部의 配置에 대한 基準을 제시하는데 그 目的이 있다.
이를 위하여 假想的인 500病床 綜合病院을 對象으로 "CRAFT" 結果의 配置案을 初期 配置案으로 하고, QAP으로 公式化한 후, 發見的 解法의 하나인 VNZ解法을 利用하여 適正配置案을 도출하였다.
한편 綜合病院을 構成하는 5大部門(병동부, 외래진료부, 중앙진료부, 관리부, 서어비스부) 의 適正面積은 日本의 30個 綜合病院의 面積配分 資料를 基礎로 하여 病床數와의 回歸分析을 利用하여 구하였다.
또한 患者의 흐름 類型을 구하기 위해 標本抽出法에 의하여 醫務記錄카드를 조사하였으며, 國內의 代表的인 綜合病院 4군데를 對象으로 하여 外來患者 1人當 動線의 길이를 구하여 各 病院의 部門配置實態를 把握하였고 또한 對象 各病院에 대하여 動線을 最小化하는 改善된 部門 配置案을 제시하였다.
