This thesis considers a deterministic capacity expansion and shipment planning problems in two regions.
A Dynamic programming algorithm is devised under the assumptions that the cost functions for shipment and maintaining idle capacities are concave and computer aided solution procedures are presented.
To improve the efficiency of the model, two state variables are combined into one and three decision rules are used on the assumption that opportunity costs of capacity expansion are greater than shipment costs.
Costs for maintaining idle capacities, the time value of money and capital recovery factor for removing end effects are incorporated and upper bound of capacity expansion is established.
Sensitivity analysis shows that the optimal plan is affected by scaling factor, planning horizon and upper bound of capacity expansion.
본 논문은 확정적 설비확장계획과 수송계획을 두곳의 생산지역이 있는 경우에 수립했다.
즉 모형에 설비비, 운영비외에 설비과다비용, 수송비용을 포함시켰고, end effeet, 돈의 시간적 가치를 고려했다.
그리고 비용함수의 회특성에 의한 네트워크방법, 상대변수의 수의 감소, 실제적인 결정기준과 증설한계를 이용하여 계산량을 줄인 이단계 동적계획법으로 정식화했다.
설비비는 「규모의 경제」가 작용하고 있으므로 축척율과 요인추정법 또는 모듈기법에 의해 추정했다.
이 모형을 컴퓨터로 풀 수 있도록 프로그램하여 모형의 적용과 각 입력변수에 관한 민감도분석을 하였다.
적용결과와 설비비의 기회비용이 수송비용보다 크다는 가정에 의해서 정한 결정기준과는 어긋나지 않고 있으며 가능한한 대형설비를 하여 「규모의 경제」를 이용하고 있으며 축척율, 증설한계, 계획기간이 최적계획에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다.
