The design of microprocessor based nonlinear position control system with diagnosis features.
The accurate position control is required in the various control systems.
In case the machine to be controlled has nonlinear characteristics, (i.e. the output shaft position is not linearly proportional to the input data), and the characteristic curve varies according to the operating conditions, the microprocessor based control system is superior to the manually operated control system in respect to the system speed and accuracy, and has much flexibility in that it can control the machine with such characteristics by program.
In this thesis, the hardwares (such as the pulse generating circuit and the position detecting circuit directly connected to the microprocessor system buses) and the associated softwares (such as the various data manipulation routines and the speed control routine) are discussed.
Besides, several features to test the system operation in real time, and to diagnose the faults for the debugging purpose in the laboratory are also discussed.
계산과 판단 기능을 갖는 정확한 위치 제어 시스템은 비선형 특성을 갖는 기계의 제어에 있어서 상당히 중요하다.
이 제어 시스템이 마이크로 프로세서로 설계 구성되었으며, 보다 좋은 특성을 얻기 위해서 프로그램에 의한 정밀한 속도제어가 행하여졌다.
3장에서 이 시스템의 설계와 구성에 관하여 설명이 되어 있고, 4장에서는 마이크로 프로세서, 메모리, 입출력 논리 소자의 동작을 조사하여 오동작을 검출할 수 있는 하드웨어와 소프트 웨어에 관한 설명이 되어 있으며, 끝으로 이 시스템의 동작에 필요한 프로그램이 부록에 게재되어 있다.
본 논문의 연구가 단지 마이크로 프로세서를 이용한 시스템의 개발에 있어서 기초적인 것에 불과하다고 생각되며, 앞으로 보다 많은 연구와 개선이 필요할 것 같다고 생각된다.
