In this thesis an inventory-transportation policy in the system with one central and one local warehouse is examined. The objective is to determine the order period and quantity in the central warehouse and the shipping frequency to the local warehouse for the inventory-transportation system which minimize the total system cost over the finite planning horizon.
The following cases are considered. One is that the central warehouse inventory central cost is smaller than that of the local warehouse. The other is the reverse case. Because of the different carrying charge of the central and the local warehouse, the total inventory carrying cost will be decreased by frequenct shipping, but transportation set-up cost will be increased. Therefore, there will be an optimal inventory-transportation policy for that system.
And next, the above cases are extended to the case of the multi-products, the special conditions for the multi-local warehouse, and the effect of the inflation in the inventory-transportation system.
Finally, the computer simulation for probabilistic demand case is developed.
本 論文은 單一 中央倉庫와 單一 地方倉庫를 하나 시스템으로 보아 總體的인 面에서 最適 在庫-輸送政策 卽, 注文時期, 注文量 및 發送回數를 어떻게 設定하는 것이 總시스템의 在庫-輸送 總費用을 最小로 할 수 있는가에 對한 硏究로서 다음과 같은 境遇와 節次로서 進行하였다.
첫째는 消費者와 直接 連結되어 있는 地方倉庫의 在庫維持費用이 生産地와 連結된 中央倉庫의 在庫維持費用보다 큰 境遇에 대해서 어떻게 中央倉庫에서 物品을 購入하여 地方倉庫에 調達하는 것이 計劃期間동안의 시스템의 總費用을 最小化 시킬 수 있는가에 대한 것이며, 둘째는 中央倉庫가 工場內에 있거나 都市에 있어서 可級的 製品을 地方倉庫로 分散시키고자 하는 것으로서 中央倉庫의 在庫 維持費가 地方倉庫의 在庫 維持費보다 큰 境遇이다.
本 論文의 展開는 于先 一定計劃期間 모델의 最適性을 檢討한 後, 上記 두 境遇에 대한 最適解를 解析的인 方法으로 구하고 多品種 製品의 境遇에 對해서 各 製品을 個別的으로 取扱하는 것 보다 同時에 取扱하는 것이 在庫-輸送 政策상 有利한 点과 多地方倉庫의 境遇에 對한 本 在庫-輸送모델의 適用可能 條件을 檢討해 보았다. 또한 過去 傳統的인 在庫모델에서 考慮하지 않았던 것으로 인플레이션이 在庫政策에 미치는 影響을 分析하였다.
끝으로 需要에 對한 確率分布를 알 境遇인 이른바 確率的 在庫-輸送 政策에 對하여 最適 在庫-輸送 政策을 求하는 方法으로 假想 資料를 使用한 模擬實驗 技法을 提示 하였다.
