A new configuration requiring no external capacitors in the realization of biquadratic voltage transfer function is developed. The proposed network contains resistors and two operational amplifiers represented by the one-pole rolloff model.
It has very low sensitivities with respect to all passive and active parameters, and is suitable for medium-Q and high- frequency applications. Especially, the circuit may serve as a versatile second-order building block.
Laboratory experiments confirm the validity of the theory and demonstrate the versatility of the circuit as the biquadratic building block.
근래에 compensated operational amplifier의 one-pole rolloff model을 이용하여 capacitor 없이 저항만을 사용한 active R filter 가 많이 연구되고 있다.
본 논문에서는 이 active R filter 의 특징인 high frequency, medium Q 에 적합하고, 모든 회로소자에 대해 매우 낮은 sensitivity 를 갖는 새로운 회로를 개발하였다. 우리는 이 회로를 이용해서 단지 저항값만 적당히 변화시킴에 따라 이차 전압 전달 함수로 널리 쓰이는 allpass, bandstop, bandpass, lowpass 그리고 highpass filter 의 특성들을 넓은 범위의 pole parameter 들에 대하여 얻을 수 있다.
이 이론은 실험을 통하여 확인되었고 HIC(hybrid integrated circuit) 로 제작하는 데 있어서의 장점, 그리고 일반적으로 active R filter 의 실용화에 따르는 여러가지 문제점등이 검토되었다.
