This thesis is originally based on the exponentially weighted moving average model. However, the model in this thesis is modified and expanded in order to fit the situations where the irregular factors and the cyclical variation factors are much more affected in comparison with a stable economic condition.
To deal with the irregular factors and the cyclical variation factors, the following two-stage procedure is introduced;
(1) Irregular factors appeared in actual sales data is eliminated and seasonal indices are derived.
(2) Next, the cyclical variation factors are separated from the permanent average sales level and its trend.
This model is applicable to sales forecast for the period less than one year and is completely computerized. It provides the necessary informations rapidly and cheaply for the multi-item production scheduling and is also responsive to any changing condition of product demands.
본 논문은 지수형 가중 이동평균법에 의한 판매예측 모델을 불규칙 요인과 경기변동요인이 비교적 심한 상황에서도 적용할 수 있도록 보완하고 확장한 것이다.
불규칙요인과 경기변동요인을 취급함에 있어서 다음과 같이 이단계 과정을 도입하였다.
(1) 원시 자료에서 불규칙 요인을 제거하고, 제품수요에 합당한 계절기수를 도출하였다.
(2) 다음으로는 경기변동요인을 기본판매수준 및 추세로부터 분리시켰다.
본 모델은 주로 일년 미만의 단기 판매예측에 적용이 가능하며 완전히 컴퓨터화가 되어 있다. 이 논문은 다수제품의 생산 계획을 수행함에 있어서 필요한 정보를 값싸고 빠르게 제공할 수 있으며 제품의 수요변화에도 민감하게 대처할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 있다.
