Recently, Time Delay Controller is proposed for a new robust control technique. Under the assumption of accessibility to all the state variable and delayed all state derivative, the TDC is characterized by the control algorithm which estimate total quantity of significant plant uncertainty using time delay. TDC has very simple structure and shows excellent control performance to systems whose mathematical dynamic equations are not exactly known and which operates under significant plant uncertainty like unexpected disturbance or nonlinear dynamic effect. But the assumption of accessibility to all the state variable and delayed all state derivative gives restriction to solving real control problem.
In this paper, stabilizable observer for time delay controller is proposed and analyse the overall stability of observer and controller. Futhermore, using the this results, robust controller for DC servo motor using TDC is designed and Robustness of TDC connected with observer is examined by experiment.
