Since moving spins along the gradient field direction experience different field, the phase of moving spins differ from those of stationary spin. We can obtain the velocity of spin along the gradient field direction from that phase shift. Static field of 1 kGauss and velocity encoding gradient of 0.1403 Gauss/cm were used to measure the axial directional flow velocity profile in the plane orthogonal to cylinder axis. The maximum velocity of flow measured in this experiment 5.59 was cm/sec. The volume flow rate calculated from the data obtained by this experiment using NMRCT was 74.7 $cm^3\sec$ and the volume flow rate measured was 70.4 $cm^3\sec$ because it takes 71.0 sec for water from cylinder to fill 5 liter backet. Therefore our experiment is exact within 6.1%.
