In this study, the introduction of a knowledge management system Six Sigma bestows a positive impact on innovation performance was assumed. Factor in the system of knowledge management systems and administrative factors, cultural factors were divided into a qualitative rating scale.

The results of the study demonstrated the system factors, cultural factors, organizational maturity is measured by six sigma factors affecting innovation performance was found. Among the success factors and also cultural antecedents of organizational maturity that using the system is also being revealed. This study utilizes a knowledge management system in enterprise Six Sigma maturity of the organization in order to increase innovation and cultural factors are very important and giving suggestions.
지식관리시스템은 시스템 요인, 관리적 요인, 문화적 요인을 질적 평가 지수로 구분하였다. 6시그마의 혁신성과는 프로젝트 수행을 통한 제품 개량 능력 향상의 정도, 공정 능력 개선 향상의 정도, 생산 비용 절감 성과로 정의하였다. 그리고 조절 변수로 각 조직의 성숙도로 정의하였다. 지식관리시스템을 구성하고 있는 각 요인들과 6시그마 혁신성과를 각 조직들이 가지고 있는 성숙도별로 나누어 관계를 연구하고자 한다. 조직을 표본단위로 표본을 통해 설문자료를 수집 처리하였다. 최종적인 분석은 국내 대기업 6시그마를 사용하는 조직에 속한 구성원을 대상으로 자료가 사용되었다. 실증연구의 결과는 시스템 요인, 문화적 요인, 조직 성숙도가 측정된 6시그마 혁신 성과에 영향을 주는 요인인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 즉 시스템의 사용자들이 유용성을 인식하고 만족스럽게 사용하기 위해서는 시스템이 사용자에게 편리하게 활용할 수 있도록 잘 설계되는 것이 매우 중요한 요인이다. 또한 성공요인들 중에는 문화적 요인과 조직 성숙도가 시스템 사용의 선행요인이라는 것도 밝혀지고 있다. 이 연구는 대기업에서 지식관리시스템을 활용하여 6시그마 혁신 성과를 높이기 위해서는 조직 성숙도와 문화적 요인이 매우 중요하다는 시사점을 주고 있다.
