CPR(cardiopulmonary resuscitation) implement rate and its trial will are low, especially in certain countries, despite the fact that CPR is seriously important in deal with a cardiac arrest patient. Even though political efforts on improving CPR implement rate and its trial will by increasing its education opportunity and enhancing its educational quality have been tried for a long time, effort on providing technical guide to people who have no CPR experience on actual situation is insufficient. In this paper, we suggest a method to maximize peoples’ CPR trial will and its accuracy by mutually supplementing machine guide and expert guide so that even a novice is able to implement CPR. To prove its effectiveness, we compare the practice accuracy and the trial will of the people who implement CPR using our system and those of the people who rely on existing CPR education method or who do not have education experience.
심폐소생술은 심 정지 환자의 초기 대응에 있어 가장 효과적인 치료 방법임에도 불구하고 그 시행 율과 시행 의지가 매우 낮다. 국내외에서 심폐소생술의 시행 의지와 정확도를 높이기 위한 노력은 정책적, 연구적으로 계속되어 왔으나 실제 상황에서 심폐소생술 교육이 전무한 사람에게 정확한 심폐소생술을 유도하는 방법에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 전문가들이 흉골의 강도가 다른 환자(연령 또는 성별에 따라)별 심폐소생술 시행 정보를 Machine 가이드에 학습시켜 초보자가 기기에 학습된 전문가의 가이드를 받으며 심폐소생술을 시행하는 효과를 줌으로써 그 시행 의지와 정확도를 높이는 방법을 연구하고, 그 결과를 가이드를 받지 않을 때와, 기존의 교육 솔루션으로 학습 했을 때 모두와 비교 분석하여 결론을 도출한다.
