With today`s technological advanced and the growth of smart-media, N-Screen service providing the multi-media contents anytime, anywhere by allowing seamless connection between PC, Smartphone, Tablet, TV emerged. N-Screen service causes the big change and gives the opportunity of new business in broadcast-ing and communication industry. In this situation, The gaining the early edge is a challenge for N-Screen ser-vice provider such as content owners, device makers, telecom operators so on. The objective of this study is to find the factors influencing the N-Screen service user behavior. This thesis finds that the factors influencing the intention of joining the N-Screen service on Potential user and loyalty on User. In addition, this study classify user according to user behaviors and identify the characteristics of user groups. Implications based on the result help the service provider where, how focused on significant marketing efforts for grabbing the consumer.
기술의 발달과 스마트 미디어의 폭발적인 성장 속에서 등장한 N-Screen 서비스는 하나의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 PC, 스마트폰, Tablet, TV를 통해 연속적으로 재생할 수 있는 기술 또는 서비스로 언제, 어디서나 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있게끔 한다. 이러한 N-Screen 서비스는 방송통신산업에 큰 변화와 새로운 사업의 기회를 가져왔으며 이와 관련된 콘텐츠 사업자, 기기 제조사, 통신 사업자, 인터넷 포털은 각 사가 가진 자원과 강점을 바탕으로 초기 시장을 선점하기 위해 치열한 경쟁을 펼치고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 N-Screen 서비스 이용행태에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 먼저 본 연구를 통해 잠재이용자의 가입의도와 이용자의 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝혔으며 추가로 이용 행태에 따라 군집분석 및 판별 분석을 시행하여 이용자를 세분화하고 그 특징을 파악했다. 본 연구 결과는 N-Screen 서비스 제공자가 잠재이용자와 이용자를 대상으로 마케팅 활동을 펼치는 데 있어 큰 도움이 될 것이다.
