In this paper, we will investigate applications of continued fraction expansion in function field. Continued fraction expansion has been a useful tool in number theory. There is periodicity and symmetry when we express continued fraction expansion in terms of polynomial parts of every iterate. We will study about regulator and bases of an ideal in real quadratic function field.
실이차함수체에서 연분수 전개는 유용한 툴로서 연구되고 이용되어 왔습니다. 이 논문에서는 연분수 전개를 했을 때 나타나는 주기성과 대칭성을 살펴보고 이를 이용한 레귤레이터와 fundamental unit에 대해 알아보았습니다.
