Fatigue analysis is very important in designing mechanical structures and components for their safety and reliability. But it is difficult for ordinary mechanical designers to conduct fatigue analysis, mainly due to fatigue properties requiring time and high cost and the necessity of high expert’s knowledge on fatigue. The purpose of this study is to develop Integrated fatigue analysis expert system through improving fatigue properties estimation expert system and fatigue life prediction expert system. To improve fatigue properties estimation expert system and fatigue life prediction expert system, I modified user interfaces and made additional function to display result of estimated fatigue properties and to make load history which enable users to simulate fatigue analysis. And from two improved expert systems, I developed integrated fatigue analysis expert system.
피로해석은 기계구조물과 부품의 안전성 및 신뢰성 설계에 있어 매우 중요하다. 하지만 피로해석을 위해 필요한 피로특성의 추정에는 비용과 시간이 많이 들고, 또한 피로해석 전문가 수준의 지식이 필요하여 일반 설계자가 피로해석을 수행하기는 상당히 어렵다. 이 연구는 피로특성 추정 전문가시스템과 피로수명 예측 전문가시스템을 개선하여 피로해석 통합 전문가시스템의 개발을 목적으로 한다. 두 전문가시스템을 개선키 위해 각 전문가시스템의 유저 인터페이스를 향상시키고, 추정된 피로 특성치를 도시할 수 있는 기능과 피로 해석 시뮬레이션을 위한 하중이력 생성기능을 추가하였다. 그리고 개선된 두 전문가시스템으로부터 피로해석 통합 전문가시스템을 개발하였다.
