Discussions on Two-Sided Markets have been widely spread recently in academics including economics as well as media and advertising. Most of studies are based on the positive cross-over effects between networks. This paper, however, would like to focus on negative effect of Two-Sided Market with example of advertising on broadcasting. Although viewers aim to access broadcasting platform is watching program such as drama, movies, sports and so on, they have to be exposed to advertisements since commercials are main source of revenue for platform operator(broadcaster). In this regard, some viewers get teased and transfer to another platform which has less advertisement. Advertisers would not want to make a deal with platform with small viewership, which means platform loses revenues. Under this kind of negative cross-over network externalities, this paper also would like to search out reasonable way of choosing optimal advertisement conditions for both platform operator and advertisers.
