In the shipbuilding processes, the ship needs to perform several works on the berth at quays after the ship is launched from the dock. The number of quays is limited and there are available quays to perform works for each ship and each quay has different work capabilities. For this reason, a ship needs to move around among many quays during planning horizon until all works are completed. It is called the quay assignment scheduling problem.
In this thesis, we consider the quay assignment scheduling problem while satisfying the technological constraints. The objective of this problem is minimizing the cost of moving the ship and delaying the deadline.
We consider an integer programming model to find a result of assignment for a day. We propose an algorithm to solve this model repeatedly during planning horizon. In this manner, we present a desirable assignment of ships for the whole planning horizon.
선박 건조 과정 중, 선박은 도크로부터 진수한 후 안벽이라는 공간에서 여러 작업을 수행해야만 한다. 한편 안벽의 숫자는 제한되어 있다. 또한, 각 선박 별 작업을 수행할 수 있는 안벽이 따로 정해져 있으며 각 안벽들은 각기 다른 작업 효율을 보인다. 이러한 이유로 인해, 한 척의 선박은 전체 계획 기간 동안 해당 선박의 모든 작업을 완료하기 위해서 여러 안벽을 이동해야만 한다. 이러한 문제를 선박의 안벽 배치 계획 문제라고 한다.
본 논문에서, 우리는 기술적인 여러 가지 제약을 모두 만족하는 선박의 안벽 배치 계획 문제를 다루었다. 본 문제의 목적은 선박의 이동으로 인해 발생하는 비용과 계약상 완료일을 지키지 못하고 지연되었을 때 발생하는 비용을 최소화 하는 것이다.
우리는 하루 단위의 선박의 안벽 배치 결과를 얻기 위하여 정수 계획 모형을 수립하였다. 또한 우리는 이러한 정수 계획 모형을 전체 계획 기간에 걸쳐 반복적으로 수행하는 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 이러한 방법으로, 우리는 전체 계획 기간에 대한 선박의 효율적인 안벽 배치 계획을 얻을 수 있었다.
