This thesis is a study on carrier transport phenomenon in OLEDs. The carrier dynamics like transport influences the OLED’s properties. I explain the carrier transport mechanism as measuring mobility variation that depends on temperature. I find that the band-like transport mechanism dominates in low temperature. So carrier mobility increases abnormally. It was found in high pure organic crystal. Although our device has amorphous organic layer, there is same phenomenon. But in the room temperature, the hopping transport mechanism concludes decreasing mobility like general semiconductor. And I research about the triplet diffusion in host material. I ascertain this phenomenon through the transient electroluminescence method and CIE variation.
