This thesis considers a SCM issue concerned with an integrated problem of inventory control and dynamic pricing strategies where demands are price-and-time dependent. The associated price markdowns are conducted for inventory control in a two-layer supply chain market consisting of a retailer and an outlet as in the fashion apparel market. The objective function consists of revenue terms (including sales revenue and salvage value) and purchasing cost term. Therewith, decisions on price markdowns and order quantity are made to maximize total profit in the overall supply chain. To solve the proposed problem, a gradient method is applied, which makes the optimal decision on both the associated initial inventory level and the discount pricing policy. Sensitivity analysis is also conducted on the demand parameters. The final comment on the practical use of the proposed model is made.
인터넷 환경의 도래와 함께 시장의 상황이 급속하게 변해가고 있다. 그 예로 제품의 종류는 매우 다양해지고 있는 반면 각 제품의 수명은 짧아지고 있다. 이러한 변화에 발 맞추어 수요 관리 차원에서의 가격정책이 중요해졌으며, 또한 이윤을 최대화 하는 동시에 제품의 판매 시즌이 끝났을 때 남는 재고를 최소화 시켜야 하는 두 가지 문제에 동시에 봉착하게 되었다. 이를 위해 가격할인 정책과 함께 철이 지난 상품을 따로 모아 판매하는 아웃렛 형태의 이차 시장이 등장하게 되었으며, 이를 재고 정책과 함께 다루어야 할 필요성이 대두되었다.
본 논문에서는 소매상과 아울렛으로 구성된 시장에서 가격 할인을 고려한 최적 재고 및 가격 결정 정책을 다루고 있다. 이 때 소비자의 수요함수는 제품의 가격과 출고된 시간에 의해 결정되며, 문제는 초기 주문량이 고정되었을 경우와 이를 결정변수로 다룬 두 가지 부분으로 접근하였다. 목적식은 수익 (판매수익, 잔존가액)과 구매 비용으로 이루어져 있다. 가격 할인정책과 초기 주문량은 전체 공급 체인의 이윤을 최대화 하는 동시에 판매시즌이 끝날 때 재고량을 최소화 하는 것을 목적으로 하여 결정된다. 제시된 문제를 풀기 위해 gradient method가 적용되었으며, 이는 초기 재고량과 가격 할인 정책에 대한 최적의 해법을 제공함을 보였다.
