The technology of the fabrication of high $T_c$ superconductor thin film is very important in many industrial applications. We devise a high frequency induction method for manufacturing the high $T_c$ superconductor thin film using existing thermal evaporation system which has been successful. And the design of the system for the electronic control of the deposition rate is briefly discussed. Resistance-temperature curve of high $T_c$ superconductor thin film SBCO has been measured at different orientations with respect to the $CuO_2$ planes of the applied magnetic field. And we measured critical current density at different angles between magnetic field and $CuO_2$ planes. Effective mass model has been used for the description of the experimental results.
