A new updating scheme for job description change management, called auto reference updating, is proposed as a suitable solution to maintain the consistency between job description and Entity-Relationship diagram. In the traditional update scheme, Entity-Relationship diagram is extracted from the job description, and it causes inconsistency between job description and Entity-Relationship diagram in the case of updating only Entity-Relationship diagram without updating job description first. The auto reference updating differs from traditional schemes in that we consider updated Entity-Relationship diagram and old job description at the same time for updating job description effectively. To increase consistency between job description and Entity-Relationship diagram, we suggest a new updating scheme that analyzes updated Entity-Relationship diagram and job description at the same time and find the appropriate structure of sentences based on the types of matches between the structures of sentences of job description and the segments of Entity-Relationship diagram. We also present an analysis of the experiment of the auto reference updating.
업무기술서와 개체관계도 사이의 일관성을 유지하기 위한 적절한 해결책으로 자동 참조 갱신이라고 불리는 업무기술서 변경 관리를 위한 새로운 갱신 계획을 제안하였다. 전통적인 갱신 계획에서는 업무기술서로부터 개체관계도가 추출되므로, 업무기술서를 우선 갱신하지 않고 개체관계도만 갱신할 경우에 업무기술서와 개체관계도 사이의 비일관성을 일으킨다. 자동 참조 갱신은 업무기술서를 효과적으로 갱신하기 위해 갱신된 개체관계도와 오래된 업무기술서를 동시에 고려한다는 면에서 전통적인 계획과 다르다. 업무기술서와 개체관계도 사이의 일관성을 높이기 위해, 우리는 갱신된 개체관계도와 업무기술서를 동시에 분석하고 업무기술서의 문장의 구조와 개체관계도의 부분 사이의 대응의 유형에 기초하여 문장들의 적절한 구조를 찾는 새로운 갱신 계획을 제안한다. 우리는 또한 자동 참조 갱신 기법의 실험의 분석을 제시한다.
