Internet and mobile phone services are widely spread. Based on these two technologies, mobile internet is growing up drastically. However, few studies investigate success factors of mobile internet. This thesis attempts to find the success factor for mobile internet. Mobile internet is distinctly different from normal information systems or web sites. This thesis notes success factors, such as accessibility, content quality, usability, enjoyment, and perceived sacrifice. It analyzes 303 mobile internet users. We confirm positive relationships among proposed success factors and success index such as user satisfaction and customer loyalty.
