Identification of the underground dielectric object is a inverse scattering problem. In this thesis, the object is a tunnel assumed a circular cylinder shape. It uses the given scattered fields to reconstruct 9 physical parameters such as relative permittivities, and the conductivities of the background, and the tunnel, its size and locations, and the measuring borehole distance using LMA , Binary Minimum Search Method and so on.
