This thesis deals with an integrated inventory-distribution problem with a fleet of heterogeneous vehicles where a single warehouse distributes a single type of product to many spatially distributed retailers to meet their non-stationary deterministic demands. The problem is formulated as an MIP (Mixed Integer Programming) with the objective function which is to minimize the sum of inventory holding cost, transportation cost and ordering cost at the warehouse, subject to inventory-balancing constraints, ordering related constraints, vehicle capacity constraints and transportation time constraints. The problem is proven to be NP-hard so that the Lagrangean relaxation method is applied to propose a Lagrangean heuristic. To test the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm, computational experiments are performed with some numerical instances. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm give relatively good solutions within a reasonable time.
고객에게 낮은 가격에 높은 수준의 제품과 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 나뉘어진 의사 결정 과정을 좀더 통합되고 서로 조정된 의사 결정 과정으로 변화 시켜가고 있다. 이를 위하여 공급 사슬 관리 접근 방법과 같은 경영 기법들이 제안되고 있다.
본 논문에서는 하나의 창고와 다수의 소매점들로 이루어진 2 단계 재고 시스템에서의 다기간 운송 계획 문제를 다루고 있다. 목적 함수는 재고 비용, 수송비용, 창고에서의 주문비용으로 구성되고 제약식은 재고 관련 제약식, 주문 관련 제약식, 운송용량 관련 제약식 그리고 운송시간 관련 제약식으로 구성된다. 라그랑지안 완화법(Lagrangean Relaxation)을 적용한 라그랑지안 발견적 방법(Heuristic)이 제안되어 다양한 문제에 대하여 평가되었다. 실험결과는 제안된 알고리즘이 실제크기의 문제를 수긍할 만한 시간 안에 푼다는 것을 보여주었다.
