Now, it is well known fact that satisfying customers‘ need of product quality is very important fact for enterprise performance. The effort for product quality improvement has been moving gradually upstream through the years: from 1990`s Six Sigma to recent Design for Six Sigma. But DFSS also has some problems: for example, DFSS process variables are mainly defined by experts` transcendental knowledge, and most of DFSS activities occur in off-line environment.
This study provides the system using data mining tools and e-Learning technology that combine on-line activities with off-line activities to improve DFSS performance. This methodology is applied to CO2 car rally area which has basic elements of design and educational significance. The goal of system is to design a new CO2 car that shows controllable and better record, based on existing CO2 car data.
