In the present study, a technique is developed to solve 2-D micro-flows by applying the Direct Simulation Monte Carlo(DSMC) method with implicit boundary condition.
Implicit boundary condition is applied to flow boundary, because micro machine in atmospheric operating conditions can not have the velocity data for difficulty of measurement. This numerical procedures have been tested on micro-nozzle in the slip Kn regimes.
The body-fitted coordinate system is used and therefore the DSMC method can be applicable to a flow-field analysis around the body of arbitrary configuration. Through an application to the rarefied supersonic flow around the circular cylinder and NACA0012 airfoil, this method was found to be reliable and time-saving in computation
