The advance of multimedia and network technology made easier illegal copy and distribution. Digital watermarking is a new technology used for copyright protection, fingerprinting, copy protection. In this paper, we propose a real-time watermarking engine for a video watermarking system. The engine is the most important part of a video watermarking system. It must be implemented with a simple and fast watermarking algorithm and with an optimization technology. The engine is referred to as the algorithm of the video watermarking system of Millennium group. But the algorithm is not robust against scaling which is one of the most important constraints in video watermarking system. So we add a scaling resilient routine to the watermarking engine used by Millennium group. And also the engine is consisted of fast routines optimized by SIMD Technology. The engine Experimental results prove the effectiveness of the watermark engine.
