Remarkable development of integrated circuits is used in satisfying human’s demands in various fields. Especially, the art of integrated circuits in telecommunication makes small, light, and inexpensive goods. And, there has been explosively increasing demand of high-speed internet service, recently. So, this demand applies the art of integrated circuits to development of high-speed internet transceiver. In this paper, a high-speed internet transceiver system over existing 1-pair telephone line is proposed and its output stage is designed by CMOS technology.
In this paper is that the proposed transceiver system is able to maintain data rate of 10Mbps and communicate at 800m range. To accomplish this goal, this transceiver should restore the transmitted signal to standard pulse format in accordance with IEEE Std. 802.3 and lower bit error rate(BER) by reducing crosstalk and noise.
