In this research, we provide the methodology to analyze the relationship between environmental factors and the occurrence of VOC, and predict the occurrence of VOC based on causality factors and historical patterns of VOC. We consider the key event time line and the property of customer's contract as environmental factors. We predict occurrence patterns of VOC based on the analysis of the customer's contract data, and then predict the number of VOC occurrences based on the KETL analysis and the prediction of VOC pattern.
We examine this methodology by applying the real VOC data obtained from an insurance company. And then we construct VOC prediction system. Finally, we develop the strategy to apply this system into an insurance business.
