In 1990s, The development of Information Technology based on Internet has changed not only the industry but also the life style. EBPP, the important part of the Electronic Fund Transfer in the field of Electronic payment, is recently emerging. EBPP is the electronic method of present and payment process, which enable the corporate to reduce the cost and get the opportunity of creation for new value, and provide the consumer with the time-saving and the several conveniences. In Korea, this, called as Internet Billing, is in the beginning stage among the communication industries and the EBPP companies. In this paper, analyze the EBPP through the international and domestic cases, and examine the reaction of the demander including Biller and consumer, by which provide the alternative strategy for efficient services and the concept. The type of the EBPP service is the following; the Biller Direct model for the demander, the Consolidation model for the agent, and the Push model that is using e-mail. The critical finding of this study is the different preference for EBPP between the consumer and the corporate. The corporate prefers the Consolidation model, and the consumer prefers the Push model. In this paper, provide basic strategy for the EBPP service and the strategy for service Model. Customer oriented EBPP is the basic strategy and Customer oriented Syndication(COS) that is the integration of the Consolidation model and the Push model. The implications of the study are the theoretical establishment of the EBPP and empirical analysis of cases, and build the foundation of the EBPP research.
