Under WTO system by a result of the conclusion of Uruguay Round, antidumping regulation is gradually increasing the role as critical importing regulation means. And because of many importing countries use the antidumping regulation against Korea, our country should prepare for foreign countries antidumping actions.
In this study, recognizing it, I practiced the legal analysis of antidumping legislation under WTO system, conducted some problems and implications through the process of responding to U.S antidumping lawsuit against Korean semiconductor, and proposed an efficient strategy for responding to antidumping regulation against Korea.
First of all, It is important for exporting enterprise to make relations with other countries not to be brought in a lawsuit against antidumping regulation.
And Government should help enterprise to respond to foreign countries antidumping regulation efficiently.
