Many Korean companies have been very active in their diversification activities for the last decade. But the results of theses activiries have been rether disappointing, Also from the last year, Korean companies started to look for diversification opportunities in e-business area. But when it comes to business area where they try to enter into, Korean companies tend to rely on not systematical evaluation model but CEO's instinct something like that. Furthermore when it comes to e-Business, it is more difficult to find any proper evaluation model companies can apply to find new business opportunities. So this study aims at proposing evaluation model for the firm to find out e-business opportunities as diversification. To propose this new model, l looked into project constraint model proposed by Memifield. l found out some factors doesn't suitable to measure e-business opportunities, and some factors turned out to be more important at e-business. New model l propose at this paper consists of 2 categories like constraint model, the business attractiveness factors and corporate fit factors. The former is made up of 3 categories. and each category has several factors. The latter consists of 6 factor. Some of them came from constraint model, and the rest is added at this paper based on the characteristics of e-Business which is different from that of offline business. Finally, l applied this new model to real company which was finding out new business opportunities at e-business as a firm diversification.
