Internet is not a simple technology related with computer but new paradigm that sweep old paradigm away from all around world. Internet is not a fashion or a pad that will be gone all of a sudden but world's new order. Internet is already deeply embedded in our life. Internet creates a lot of brand new businesses and much of them are made great success with explosive growth ratio. Webcasting is one of new business that driven by Internet. In Korea, 3.3 webcasting sites open a day for the business purpose and it will become 1,000 site the end of 2000. It is really amazing expansion compare with the stack industry. But there are not many researches and studies about webcasting or internet based broadcasting. Communication scholars performed most of the research about webcasting and they didn't have information system's point of view in their studies. And these studies focused on market survey or descriptive research related with webcasting. This thesis try to find out what is the critical success factors in the webcasting business even though it is exploratory level. This paper provides research model regard with webcasting business and general market survey at the same time that will helpful who are work in and interest in this business and scholars.
